What to expect: A focus on speed, strength, conditioning, power, and body control relative to the game of baseball.
If necessary: Sessions will be rescheduled to a later date if any cancelation occurs.
Upon registration, your student-athlete will be emailed a sign-up link to create their profile for the app we will be using to track progress.**
