About the event
We are excited to partner with Woodstream Christian Academy to offer an after-school program that focuses on athletic development for grades K-6th.
Fall 2021 - 8 Week program
3:30 PM - 4:30 PM | Tues | K-2nd
3:30 PM - 4:30 PM | Thurs | 3rd-6th
Cost: $120.00
By enrolling your child in Speed PLAY, you can expect the following:
Speed and Agility: Acceleration, Deceleration, Linear and Lateral Movement Techniques, Running Mechanics, Footwork
Strength: Functional Approach, Thorough Instruction, Focus on Upper Body, Lower Body & Core.
Conditioning: Game Ready Preparation

**If necessary: Sessions will be rescheduled to a later date or hosted virtually if Woodstream Christian Academy does not meet in person for any reason during the dates listed above. Upon registration, your child will receive one Speed PLAY shirt at school.**
