Speed PLAY is an introduction to athletic development for ages 5-12, challenging athletes in the areas of speed, agility, strength, and movement patterns. Each session will provide high-level training while still keeping it fun for the age group!

SPEED & AGILITY
Acceleration, Deceleration, Linear and Lateral Movement Techniques, Running Mechanics, Footwork.

LOOK GOOD, FEEL GOOD
Experts say physical activity allows children to have a better outlook on life by building confidence, managing anxiety and depression, and increasing self-esteem and cognitive skills.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
Functional fitness approach, thorough Instruction, focus on the upper body, lower body, core, and game prep conditioning.
